You might be thinking what on earth is a 75 soft challenge, or maybe you’ve heard of 75 hard and are curious as to what the soft version entails.
Both 75 hard and 75 soft consist of a set of rules that you stick to for 75 days to improve your health and wellbeing. It’s a great health challenge to get in to and depending on your appetite for change you can either go extreme and follow the 75 hard rules or start off with a lighter load and follow the 75 soft rules.
As my health is something I want to work on, but it has been a while since I have worked out, I have decided to begin with the 75 soft challenge. I also know that if I go hardcore and try to create 5-6 new habits in one go with a strict set of rules I will fall off the challenge just as fast as I started it – this isn’t my first rodeo.
So for the next 75 days I will be following the rules and documenting how I get on with it. You can find my daily updates on instagram and help keep me accountable, or join in too! I’m really looking forward to getting stuck in as I attempted to start it a few weeks back but got ill and it all went out the window. Honestly, what I am looking forward to the most is improving my focus and getting my energy back – this is a big struggle of mine and has been for as long as I can remember.
